Walk to End Epilepsy

The Walk to End Epilepsy is for a serious cause -- to increase awareness about epilepsy, rally together, and raise money to continue our fight to END EPILEPSY. Walk to End Epilepsy is also a fun family day complete with resource fair, food, games, and prizes. This fund raising and awareness raising event brings together a large cross-section of constituents, representing our 50+ years of commitment to people with epilepsy and their families. Walkers include those living with seizures and their caregivers; doctors, nurses and other health care professionals; government leaders; Foundation staff and volunteers; corporate walking teams; celebrities committed to the cause; Foundation business partners and, of course, members of the general public who want to join the fight to END EPILEPSY. End Epilepsy Team

The END EPILEPSY Team includes men and women of all ages from throughout our region who want to participate in community walks, runs, and bike rides and use them as a way to raise awareness and funds to END EPILEPSY. We invite our members to join such events in your community and to invite your family, friends and colleagues to support your efforts by supporting END EPILEPSY.

2013 Team Formations:

•  The END EPILEPSY Team at the LA Big 5K and LA Marathon - 5K (Saturday, March 16, 2013) & Marathon (Sunday, March 17, 2013) This major regional event ignites the community's passion for both running AND support for a good cause.
