Network for Adults
A program of the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Los Angeles, the Network helps connect adults of all ages with a diagnosis of epilepsy who want to come together for mutual support and sharing, to learn more and to exchange information. The program purpose is to empower adults with epilepsy, improve quality of life, combat isolation and unite together in the fight to END EPILEPSY. Joining the network will allow you to participate in entertaining upcoming events and activities to give all involved an opportunity to help contribute, plan, learn, and socialize to the extent each person wants.
The Network officially kicked off with the Dinner and Dance Gala at Dockweiler Beach Center on June 10, 2012. With over 75 adults in attendance, the event featured live DJ music, cuisine from Damon's Steakhouse, dancing, free makeup and beauty treatments, and a night of mixing, mingling, and mutual support.
All events for adults with epilepsy are hosted by the Network for Adults and vary from year to year depending on interest and funding. How to Apply
Joining the Network is free and easy! All adults with epilepsy residing in Los Angeles and the surrounding immediate counties is welcome to join.

This one-day Retreat for adults and their loved ones will be held in a beautiful campground nestled in the foothills of the Santa Monica mountains. Camp type activities will suit various skill and interest groups - arts/crafts, challenge courses, archery, games, field sports, swimming, hikes, seminars, groups, adults social, and a closing campfire talent show. Meet others who understand.
